You are the dentist. Strap your patient in the chair, grab your drill, and watch out for the rotten teeth, they explode, the games ends, and the patients die... that's bad. Up to seven teeth are rotten. You can guess where they are by the points you get for drilling good teeth. Remember you can't un-drill them in this fun game.
